Hasbro Singapore and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) will be organising Cybertron Con 2012 in Singapore! It will be held from March 11 to 14 2012 at RWS Convention Centre. For most of us who can only dream about attending major Transformers conventions like Botcon in the US, this is probably the best chance to attend one close to home.
A special guest appearing at the convention is Mr Hideaki Yoke, lead designer of Transformers figures at Takara Tomy. We are all hoping Peter Cullen aka voice of Optimus Prime will also be there, but this is probably unlikely. Any chance for the voice of Galvatron & Sentinel Prime aka Leonard Nimoy? ;)
Two ticket prices have been announced. A S$12 1-day pass, and a S$68 4-day VIP pass which includes the follow:
- Unlimited event access (11-14 March)
- Photo op with a 22-ft (6.71m) Optimus Prime statue
- VIP Lanyard
- Transformers Kre-O minifig
