Wife and I are tokidoki fans. Every year we look forward to Simone Legno (tokidoki creator) visiting Singapore at STGCC to meet up with him, and also get his autographs and sketches.
This year, we bought along both our Pullip Violettas - 1 opened, 1 in box - for Simone to autograph. We asked if he could give our Violetta personalised 'tattoos' ( just like he gave our Pullip Luna last year ) and he duly obliged!
Just revealed on tokidoki's blog - Pullip Super Stella and Dal Vendettina will be sold at SDCC 2014!
This is the first time a convention-exclusive Pullip is a tokidoki collab. Also the first time we have a tokidoki x Dal doll.
Unfortunately, according to the blog only 250 dolls were made! Hope there's a chance of getting them from other sources... and at reasonable price!

Newcomer Pullip Violetta hanging out with other tokidoki friends this weekend. ^__^
Wife and I ordered Pullip Violetta "Special Version" from Groove's online store and she arrived today!
Beginning of 2014, Groove announced their second Pullip x tokidoki collaboration doll - Lunarosa
Not happy to rest on that, Groove has gone one up with their just-announced 3-way collab doll with Pullip, tokidoki and now Hello Kitty!
Presenting... Pullip Violetta!
During Doll Carnival 2012, Groove launch their first collaboration with the tokidoki brand - Pullip doll Luna. She must have been a success, because this year 2014 we will get another tokidoki Pullip!
Groove has released photos of her on their blog, and also her name - Lunarosa!
After skipping the previous two year's convention, I am SO glad I attended STGCC 2013! There are so many booths, events, panels, signings etc that any fan of pop culture will definitely find something interesting there.

Entrace to STGCC |
Wife and I were looking forward to meeting Simone Legno at STGCC 2013 since we are tokidoki fans. We even bought an extra tokidoki collaboration Pullip Luna last year specially to let him autograph at this convention!
Posting my STGCC day 1 loot! Too tired to describe what I bought now. Will edit this post later with the descriptions.
I'm going back for day 2. Probably will not buy as many as first day... I think? XD
Updated with loot descriptions!
The Doll Carnival 2012 was held on 16 December, but Groove only start selling tokidoki Pullip Luna on 19 December onwards. Good thing wife and I were still in Tokyo, so on that morning we headed back to Matsuya Ginza to get her. Here are more photos from that day.
The new dolls that were sold only at Matsuya Ginza.
Wife and I were privileged to be holidaying into Tokyo when Pullip Luna was launched on 19 December at Groove's Doll Carnival. My wife is a huge tokidoki fan, so Luna is definitely a must-get doll for her!
Usually we don't bother to keep the doll boxes, but Luna's has cute tokidoki characters all over! We'll be keeping this one.
I'm supposed to be posting a review and photos of my newest Pullip doll, but this latest doll news from Groove takes precedence. Wife and I like Pullips dolls and tokidoki apparels (and their characters too!) So what happens when Groove announce a tokidoki x Pullip crossover doll? We die-die must get!
Introducing... tokidoki collaboration Pullip Luna!
